We are an independent aviation consultancy with a global footprint, providing specialist aviation advice and support to a range of commercial clients including major energy producers, air operators and operators of aviation facilities, systems and equipment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall AviateQ or its licensors, or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents or representatives, be liable for any for any loss of profits or loss of business, for any business interruption, or loss of business opportunity, revenue, anticipated savings, data or goodwill, or for any interruption of business or any other direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or in connection with our site, any other site you may access through our site, the content of our site, or the use or inability to use our site or any of its content or any information, content or materials obtained through our site, even if AviateQ or its licensors have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using and accessing our site.
If defective digital content that we have supplied, damages a device or digital content belonging to you and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation. However, we will not be liable for damage that you could have avoided by following our advice to apply an update offered to you free of charge or for damage that was caused by you failing to correctly follow download or installation instructions or to have in place any minimum system requirements advised by us.
